I'm new to Recurring how do I get going?
Hit Recurring on the product you want, enter how often you want the item delivered and then ADD TO CART. You can choose to continue shopping or go to the checkout if you are finished.
How do I see what's in my order and change my delivery dates?
Go to My Recurring in the 'My Account' section, here you can then see what Recurring shipments you have scheduled.
If you will not be around on the date of the delivery or don’t need the food for another week, you can change the scheduled date of your order, its that easy.Please dont hesitate to email us for any enquire to: [email protected]
How do I cancel my order?
You may decide a product is no longer what you're after. You can cancel your order in Recurring Shipments by clicking 'Remove'.
When will my credit card be charged?
We will email you a reminder for your order 3 days before it's scheduled, your credit card will be charged the day it's processed.
How will I know when my food has been sent?
You will receive a reminder email 3 days before we ship out your repeat order; this is your chance to make any changes you might have. 3 days later your order will be processed and a confirmation email of your order will be sent to you, you can expect your order the next working day!
What happens if my credit card is declined?
If there is a problem with your payment, you will be sent a notification email. We will then attempt to process the order again the following day.
I have run out of food and need my order earlier?
If you have run out of food sooner than expected, jump online and go to My Account. Go ahead and change the delivery date to whatever suits you.
Can I cancel my order if I don’t want it anymore?
Absolutely.Recurring is super-flexible and you aren't locked into anything. You can pause or change delivery dates, add or remove products. You call the shots – Recurring work for you.

What if an item in myRecurring goes out of stock from the supplier?
If for some reason our suppliers go out of stock of a particular line, we will let you know and offer some alternatives before your next order is due.
